- Flat monthly billing for weekly customers — invoiced on the 1st for the month ahead. Per-visit billing is fine if you prefer it. Cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, or card.
- Yes — general liability covers the work and the property. Happy to send the certificate to a property manager or HOA.
- We push to the next dry day, usually within 24 to 48 hours. After a Hill Country gully-washer we sometimes wait two days for the ground to dry — we will not rut your yard for the schedule.
- Both. Weekly customers get the schedule we plan our week around, but we take one-time cleanups, sod jobs, rock work, and pre-listing yard prep when there is time. Ask and we will tell you when we can fit it in.
- Yes — that is most of our new customers. First visit is a reset cleanup (usually a couple hours), then the weekly cadence keeps it that way. We will quote the reset separately so you know what you are paying for.
